How is my quote calculated?
We consider transaction volume, the number of bank and credit card accounts, payroll needs, reporting requirements, and any cleanup needed. Your proposal confirms the final scope and fee.
Can you help if my books are behind?
Yes. We can discuss catch-up bookkeeping or QuickBooks cleanup as a separate project, then plan ongoing support once your records are up to date.
Do I need to switch accounting software?
Our services focus on QuickBooks. If you use another system, we can review your situation and discuss whether a transition makes sense.
Can we work together remotely?
Yes. QB Leaders provides remote support, with communication and document access agreed during onboarding.
Is tax return preparation included?
Tax return preparation is not automatically included in these packages. We confirm tax-related services separately and can coordinate accounting information with your tax preparer.
